Having bought land in both Bulgaria, Turkey, Cyprus and Portugal as well as having purchased our own portfolio’s of Overseas properties around the world over the past 10 years, witnessing the different law’s and buying process’s along the way, has put is in a first hand position to advise client’s how to do the same.

We spend a large amount of time carrying out due diligence on potential Developers asking us to market their properties. This can give our clients piece of mind that they are dealing with Developers who not only build to the highest standards, but also are in a position to complete projects once started.

We ensure that developers can provide evidence of Land ownership and all relevant planning permission and building licenses before bringing properties to market

We employ F.S.A. regulated Mortgage Consultants and have partners who can advise on all aspects of purchasing laws in each given country.

We have an array of partners in a variety of countries, allowing us to offer inside information on both emerging and established property markets around the world, we can also offer advice on taxation implication, the purchase process, Legal representation and of course offer  viewing trips,
